Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Wax Assault Records Terms of Service. By placing an order with Wax Assault Records, you agree to the terms set forth below.


1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from the United States unless otherwise stated.


2. Processing Time

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, new release launches, holidays, or other operational delays.

Orders containing preorder items will not ship until all items in the order are available, unless otherwise stated.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


3. Preorders

Preorder items are not in stock at the time of purchase.

Estimated ship dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available. Customers who wish to receive in-stock items sooner must place separate orders.


4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service.

Orders may be shipped using, but are not limited to, the following carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • DHL or other international carriers

The carrier selected at checkout will be used whenever possible; however, Wax Assault Records reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or service level when necessary.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases of carrier delay, loss, or damage, except where required by law.


6. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Wax Assault Records is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control.


7. Risk of Loss & Fulfillment

All orders are deemed shipped and fulfilled once handed to the shipping carrier.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer at that time. Fulfillment does not require delivery to the customer.

Wax Assault Records is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage that occurs during transit, including but not limited to carrier mishandling, weather-related incidents, or customs inspections.

Once tracking confirms delivery, Wax Assault Records is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file any claims.


8. International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

Wax Assault Records is not responsible for damage caused by customs inspections, border handling, or other government authorities.

Refused or unclaimed international shipments are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


9. Address Accuracy & Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Requests to change a shipping address after an order is placed are not guaranteed and may result in additional shipping charges. Shipping rates are calculated based on the address provided at checkout. If an address change results in higher shipping costs, the customer is responsible for paying the difference prior to shipment.

If additional shipping charges are not paid, the order will ship to the original address provided at checkout.

Wax Assault Records is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or destroyed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders affected by address errors are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


10. Incorrect Shipments

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error by Wax Assault Records, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

Claims related to shipping damage, carrier mishandling, customs inspections, or transit-related issues are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
